Flexible Hours for a Schedule that Fits Your Needs
- Community Schools staff value a flexible work schedule. Our team members are local community members and include parents, retirees, student teachers, para professionals, high school students, college students, and more.

Paid Training
- St. Vrain supports staff members in receiving the necessary training to work in Community Schools. St. Vrain provides all required training to staff and pays staff for all training hours.

Supporting Parent Engagement
- Many of our Community Schools staff are parents within our community. Parents who work in Community Schools are able to engage with their child’s school and enjoy the flexibility of time during the day to take care of other responsibilities.

Our primary goal is provide opportunities to enrich the lives of children and families in safe, quality, affordable care and enrichment experiences that enhance academic, social-emotional development, and allow children to be creative and happy.
Apply NowGroup Leader $16.72 - $24.06/hr Leads and supervises children ages 5-12 in school age child care program outside of regular school hours, during opening, closing, education and recreational activities.
Director $19.88 - $28.61/hr Manage the operation of the school aged (ages 5-12) before and after school child care program.

- St. Vrain Valley Schools offers a choice of three medical plans. Each plan includes comprehensive health care benefits, in-Network preventative care covered at 100 percent, coverage for eligible children through age 25, and prescription drug coverage.

- The district offers a wide range of wellness initiatives for staff including onsite lunch-and-learns, district paid flu shots and onsite biometric health screenings, group wellness challenges, onsite health coaching with our highly-qualified nurse health coaches, and more!
